Promotion and Progress Report

Promotion is considered on the basis of overall Tests and Examination result. No mid-term promotions are granted.

A failure can be retained in the same class. Any student failing twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue in the school.

General Instructions

Parents and Guardian will be bound by the school rules and regulations in all respects which may be changed or amended from time to time. In all matters pertaining to studies, examinations and promotion, retention in the same class, behaviour and welfare, the Principal's decision is final and binding on the Parents/Guardians. The school does not accept any responsibility, legal or otherwise for accidents. If however, takes all necessary steps to prevent such happenings.

Picnic & Tours

As a compulsory complement to class-room studies, excursions and educational tours are undertaken to educate and entertain the students through sight-seeing and real-life experiences.

Discipline

Good discipline in school is more than compulsion. There is a positive side to it as it keeps students focused on learning. There exists perfect harmony and excellent rapport among the students, that is why no corporal punishment is given to the students.

 

School At Regulations

As your child advances in age, guide him/her to become a resourceful member of home and country. Encourage and help for work and study. Children should be taught to keep their own bag, room tidy, make their own shoes, carry lunch box etc . The formation of such habits early in life inculcates in them the idea of the dignity of work. A fundamental personal virtue is necessary for a successful career in life.

It is compulsory for parents to attend parent's- teacher's meeting.

Parents can visit the Principal between 9:30 a.m. to 11:30a.m. on school days.

Parents must declare honestly if their child has any medical or psychological problem.

Parents must check student's diary regularly and communicate to the school through it.

Parents must pay monthly fee by the 15 th of the month, Rs 100/- fine will be charged if delayed.

In case of non-payment of two months, the name of the student will be struck off from roll.

He/She can be re-admitted on payment for Rs.500 with dues.

Course of Study

The course of study is the same as laid down by the C.B.S.E.- New Delhi from class 1 to class XII. The school has the following subjects for study.

Withdrawl

Parents/Guardian will be asked to withdraw their ward/wards in case he/she fails twice in a class.

If the conduct, behaviour or influence of a student is detrimental to the general discipline/intersts of the school the Principal may order his/her withdrawal.

If a student found medically unfit and is a health hazard to the other students, he/she may be asked to be withdraw.

The T.C will be issued after 7 days from the date of receipt of the withdraw application duly signed by Parent/Guardian along with a T.C fee.
